While the CEO is great - the people right below her are mostly awful. The main problem with this company is middle management, directors, and the 'leadership' team. The culture can be good or bad, its mostly about who you decide to associate yourself with. You can carve out a nice job for yourself at this company (totally depending on department).

That day a cook came out to the employee parking lot just yelling his discus at it. We were not allowed to discuss our raise so it was muffled unless we wanted to risk losing our job. Everything on camera security is everywhere. the whole place was in a uproar and there was nothing we can do. One of the rules is you can not tell others what your rate of pay was. It is like a little city down under the place and the food was excellent the cost was very low. We had continued training all the time and paid meetings. We wore classy uniforms that they would clean for us. 12 and you are let go.People come to work here and would travel from other cities. 1 min late: 3 points and it take 60 days (I think) to remove a point. I really enjoyed my job for 5 years until they put in the point system.
